Refunds for Online Content

I am all about wanting your learning experience to be something positive and constructive.  All online courses purchased can be refunded within 10 days. If the course isn’t what you were looking for or you think you purchased the wrong course by mistake, send an email to info@stujay.com and include the email address that you opened your account with and the course and / or transaction number from the email receipt sent to you.

Reasons for Denied Refunds

My 10  day refund policy is in place to protect learners. I must also protect content creators  from fraud and provide a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors in many cases after 15 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.

If all course content was downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.

Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.

Returns and Refunds for Books and other Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of non-digital content / physical merchandise which includes books, you have 30 days to return an item from the date that you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via the original method of payment.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Event and Live Tuition Cancellation

‘Event and Live Tuition’ includes private classes, seminars and workshops both face-to-face and online through conferencing media including but not limited to Google Hangouts, Skype and Facebook Live Events.

Stuart Jay Raj / Stujay.com reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If an event is cancelled, all, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Stuart Jay Raj has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 30 business days before the event.

Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a USD$50 service fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.  

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted in writing only via email to info@stujay.com  and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, email address used to book the event and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all events and live tuition sessions unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.
